Jet Airways is morally unethical and I repent patronizing such a unworthy airlines for so long.
I was to travel to Bangkok couple of sundays back for an important meeting early morning next day. So I decided to take the after noon flight at 12.55pm since I was to take the visa on arrival which can take time in Bangkok . I reached the airport at 11am and had a confirmed ticket.
I was asked to wit fro the set for 45 mins and after that was told that there is no seat! Meanwhile when I was waiting, atleast 20 people were checked in.
I explained that I had a confirmed ticket and had a very important meeting early morning but they refused to acknowledge and honour the confirmed ticket I had. They forced me to take the night flight at 1am and given the line for visa on arrival is long, so reached Bangkok and office late by when the meeting was over. This made the whole point of the travel a joke thanks to morally unethical Jet airways.
Unprofessional jokes like Jet airways bring disrepute to India and have no right to be I business to harass paying consumers like they did to me.
They valued my the trouble they caused me at Rs. 4000!
I regret ever taking it and will do everything to avoid it again like plague.
Its matter of time before they will close unless they mend their ways but knowing the way customer care manager handled me, I don’t see much future for it.
So think hard, think wise and think again if you will consider flying with the morally corrupt airlines and if you do, be ready for you to be denied the right to fly in the flight you have booked with hard cash.
